So Stormpay and 12DP were ripping people off, so I wonder how much of the $50M will be left to pay out whoever never recieved a dime? And here Charis is awarded $5K a month as a reward for scamming 300K people. Simply amazing, and her lawyer will drain six figures by the time all is said and done, so this should leave a $1.50 for investors.
