Hello everyone

It appears there is still confusion on how WebCash (WC) works so I'll keep explaining so everyone can catch up:

WebCash will serve as a monetary trading device in three different areas. Allow me to further explain how WC works in each:

WEBCASH CAN BE USED TO PURCHASE GREENZAP PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES:

GreenZap will accept WC on a $1WC : $1USD basis. In other words, anyone can spend $1 USD or $1 WC to pay for GreenZap products and/or services (i.e. transaction fees, classified ads, etc.).

WEBCASH CAN BE USED TOWARDS PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES OFFERED BY ANY INDEPENDENT GREENZAP MEMBER:

Independent members will have the ability to set how much WebCash they will receive for whatever it is they sell... a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.

In some cases, merchants may want to accept a certain amount of WC for a certain time period to build up a reserve of WebCash to help pay for their transactions or for classified ad space within the GreenZap website.

However, many may want to accept 100% WebCash because it will help them to build their customer list, mailing list and even their own GreenZap community (i.e. sell a digital product for $25 WebCash, then show customers how to get it for free by opening a free account), etc. There are many ways to use WebCash to help build your business, but none is more important that the next area in which members can use their WebCash...

WEBCASH CAN BE USED TOWARDS PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES OFFERED BY GREENZAP PREFERRED MERCHANTS:

Preferred Merchants will also have the ability to set how much WebCash they will receive for whatever it is they sell... a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.

For example, if a Preferred Merchant chooses to pay GreenZap a 25% commission for driving sales to its website (i.e. affiliate program), it would work something like this:

XYZ Company has an affiliate program that pays out 25% commissions, therefore they will accept up to 25% WebCash because that percentage is GreenZap's affiliate commission.

In other words, if XYZ Company sells a product for $100, then the website will say they accept "up to $50 in WebCash" for that item because that portion of the total purchase price goes to GreenZap.

(i.e. XYZ Company receives $75 USD and GreenZap receives any combination of USD/WC for the remaining $50.)

Again, GreenZap is giving away those future affiliate commissions in the form of WebCash and they are dispersing it to members in the form of Rewardz.

Here are the reasons why every company on the planet will want to accept GreenZap:

1) Preferred Merchants will be able to tap into an ever-growing community of loyal, attentive, well-compensated online spenders all with WebCash* in their accounts.

* WebCash is money that must be spent online since it is actually future affiliate commissions that GreenZap has rewarded its members with in advance - that's Genius!

2) Preferred Merchants will receive extra exposure within the GreenZap Storez
3) Preferred Merchants will also be able to give away $50 to its employees, customers, contacts, etc.
4) Preferred Merchants will also receive the same rewardz that can then be used a) as a donation to a charity of their choice, b) as an add-on to their current employees' benefits program, c) as an additional income stream or d) to reduce or even eliminate their online transaction fees.
5) Did I mention that companies that accept GreenZap as a payment option will only pay $1 per online transaction? That in itself is huge to companies that accept thousands of transactions a day!

NOTE: Its important to understand that GreenZap's main business is processing online transactions. In order to build a community that wil use its service, they needed to find a vehicle that will attract both online spenders as well as online merchants. In addition to building the community, they wanted to reward those who help build their business. WebCash is the perfect vehicle to accomplish all of this.

$50 of WebCash is being used to attract thousands of new members everyday - When GreenZap gives this away, it doesn't cost them anything (up front) because it can't be used until its spent toward:

  • the affiliate commission portion of an online purchase with one of GreenZap's Preferred Merchants, on a GreenZap product/service or

the sale of a product/service being offered by another member which generates a $1.00 transaction fee to GZ.

Preferred Merchants accept WebCash as a means of paying out affiliate commissions to GreenZap without having to develop a separate affiliate program, track a sale or write a check.

Since WebCash stays within the system and can never be withdrawn, it must be spent online within the GreenZap network of community members and merchants. Each time it is spent between a GZ member and a GZ member, merchant, Preferred Merchant, etc., whoever accepts that payment will also pay a transaction fee to GreenZap. (Again, pure genius!)

I hope this helps to further explain things
