It is VERY VERY important that you take time to read this ENTIRE newsletters. The informations contained here may have MAJOR INFLUENCE on your investments.

In the past days, we have experienced 2 DDoS attack. For them who dont know what it is, a DDoS is an attack against our web server, from severals, even hundreds computers at the same time. These computers are usually infected by some viruses, and then controlled by a hacker who try to get or server down.

This caused us MAJOR disturbations in our program. Now, we are listed as "PROBLEM" in some HYIP Monitors. Our website was down for a few days, and a lot of members tought we are leaving.

Most of the members tried to withdraw their capital at the same time.

The fact is there are usually only some hundred of dollars in the E-Gold account, because hackers are emtpying or E-Gold account almost avery day, since 4-5 weeks.

We tried to find how they do this, change E-Gold password, etc, and they still can empty our E-Gold account.

Finally, yesterday we found the problem: hackers are putting money in their YS account directly by hacking the script, without using E-Gold. And when they have "money" in their YS account, they withdraw it all, using our Instant Withdrawall system.

Yesterday, I take a look on all YS account with 100$ and more inside. I found 12 accounts, all owned by the same members, with 400$ and more inside. I deleted all these accounts, with more than 6000$ in total inside.
For now, noboday claimed this money. It is an evidence than this is fraudulent money, obtained by hacking activities.

How much money did we lost in this manner? Thousand and thousand of dollars.

So now, we are in big trouble, and I want to be really honnest with you.

I had 2 choices:
1) Close
2) Make an ultimate effort to save the situation.

BUT, as we are an honnest program, as I want you to succeed, as I want to proof on all the internet than a honnest HYIP can exist, I decide to make this ultimate effort, and I am absolutely certain that, with your help and your trust, it will work, and YS will be able to stay alive.

Before to explain more, I have first to explain another problem:

YS is not one of the biggest HYIP on internet. We have more than 3200 suscribed members. Our principal activities was sport bets. But now, we are to big to continue in this way. Now, we have major problem because of bookmakers limits per bets, and E-Gold transactions. Most bookmakers are using Moneybookers or Credit Card. All our money is on E-Gold. So now, we have to changes our investment strategy, but if we make change there, we will have to make change on the site also.

We want to invest in diamond, and on other private investments. But in all these program, the principal is froozen for a while.

So because of the hacking problem, because of the new way to invest, WE HAVE NO CHOICE to stop allowing the Principal Withdrawal.

STARTING NOW, principal is not withdrawable for a period of 150 days. Principal WILL NOT expire. After this period, it will be back available to withdraw.

Also, because of the hacking loss, wich is a major loss, we have no choice to drop the daily rate, another time.
THIS DROP SHOULD BE THE LAST ONE.

STARTING NOW, daily rates are:
Plan 1: 10$ - 249$: 1.2%/day
Plan 2: 250$ - 999$: 1.5%/day
Plan 3: 1 000$ - 2 499$: 1.8%/day
Plan 4: 2 500$ - 10 000$: 2.1%/day

Also, Internal transfert is set to a 100% fee, since we cannot desactive it from the admin area. DO NOT USE INTERNAL TRANSFERT or you will loose your money.

Also all hackers accounts are registered one under another, So the hacker can earn a lot of referals earnings. Because we dont find all fraudulent accounts in database, we have to drop the referals earnings to 1% on deposit, until we find all false accounts; you will also earn 0.2% daily on Referals account balance.

After having read this, your first reaction is probably: YS is another scam, he is just trying to get more fund before get off with the investors money.

You can think what you want, we cannot control this. The only thing we can say, is that without an immediate reaction, we would not have any other choice than to close.

Why am I saying all that to you? Because I am honnest, and YS is an honnest program. I want you to know exactly what happen and I want to do ALL WHAT I CAN to protect your money, and give a chance to YS to grow, and to become the most stable and trusted program.

Hackers are doing ALL THEY CAN DO to close us. Why? We cannot know, but our job is to protect us, and protect members again these attacks. This is why we are taking major decisions right now, trying to propuls us in a better future.

Here are also answers to common questions:

a) I did not receive my earnings on August 23.
Answer: The server was down, because of the DDoS attack during the time it usually give the interest. So no interest will be given for this date.

b) I am not able to withdraw:
Answer: because of the hacking pressure, we must keep our E-Gold account as low in money as possible. So the account is often empty. We have to fund it severals times a day; if you are experiencing problems to withdraw, first of all read the FAQ in the bottom of the withdraw page in your YS account, and if the problem persists, just try again and again later.

Note that near than 400 Instant Withdrawals have been made on August 23, just to let you know that even if you haven't be able to withdraw that day, just tray again and again, and you will have your chance also.
Situation should go better and better in the next days.

c) What about the new script?
Answer: programmer is still working on it. It should be his last week of job. It will be more easier to work with this new script, because hackers will have no chance with it, and we will have more options in the admin area.
You can expect this new script in the next 10 days.

d) I read in some forum that we can ask you in private to withdraw our principal without fees.
Answer: No, we will not accept these type of requests anymore. It is useless to ask us.

e) I have sent an Email to you from your Contact Us page severals days a ago, and still waiting for an answer. What's happened?
Answer: Because of the past days evenements, I am late to answer Emails. I have more than 190 Emails in queued. All these Emails will be answered in the next days. Be patient.

f) I made a deposit, but it does not appear in my YS account balance. What should I do?
Answer: This may happened when you make a transaction during a DDoS attack. The server become down for a second, and lost the infos about the transaction. In these cases, just send us and Email with Amount of investment, E-Gold account, YS username, and Batch number, and we will set your deposits manually in your YS Account.

so what if there are investors that doesn't want to participate in this new plan. can they request to resign from this plan by withdraw their principal? there is no problem with the 25% fee.

why can't e-gold do something about these hackers ,i lost a bit of money to them a while ago and e-gold admin virtually said bad luck.
its disapointing as most hyip and surf sites only take e-gold.

so what if there are investors that doesn't want to participate in this new plan. can they request to resign from this plan by withdraw their principal? there is no problem with the 25% fee.

There is no money to pay anyone because the hackers took it all....
however we now have too much money and we have to find bigger investments ...so diamonds are forever ...

I signed up with one agreement and it has been changed ...yea for the benefit of the program .. no problem .. but if there is no 'bait and switch' focus here and there is money but the problem is to get it to the members' e-gold accounts before the hackers then I say let there be a plan that those who wish to leave be paid their principal over a 4 day period after 25% fee and then start the new program.

The interesting thing about YS is if you are a big program owner you can withdraw 4 figure totals ... no problem ...so that you can rate the program as paying but for everyone else you are told go fight with the masses for $400 a day.

Well it was a good game while it lasted ... and maybe the word is not 'honnest' ....and as the lone crusader wins another battle he clicks his heels and says 'AIyyyyoooo silver and away....'

Hi Ysadmin.

First of all, do what you have to do to save the program.

1. Have the programmer to add some kind of manual verification process, where you have to verify each new account and their deposits before they start getting paid the %. If they redeposit more $$$, you should also check that before they get paid % on that. That should solve your hacking problem.

2. Get a good DDos protected server for the new script. Some Hosting companies also offer Ddos protection on servers that are not theirs.

Honesty is worth everything. Many admins run due to problems you are facing now, so i guess most would be very happy that you took the time to share the true reasons for the change, with us. Always keep the communication open with members.

Many members here have been scammed in different things in the past, i hope you can prove otherwise to them all.

I wish you best of luck in the change and new YS. Just dont bail out on us like most hyips do.

YS Admin. Why do you offer INSTANT WITH-DRAW? This is a give away for the hackers. I as an investor have no problem when I ask for a withdraw that it be verified and confirmed that it belongs to me before it is sent/transfered /weired or what ever to protect my investment and the YS PLAN. DO what you have to to protect ower investment from the hackers. MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO GET FUNDS. WHAT DO WE NEED TO VERIFY THAT WE ARE THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS OF A WITHDRAWEL. ANOTHER concern is the E-GOLD acct. hacking. There has got to be a solution to stop the stealing of funds out of the E-GOLD accts. It makes me angury and almost scared to get involved with any investment program on the internet. LOOKS like we are sheep in a field of WOLVES.THATS MY 2cts before the hackers gets it. WAYNE
