The mission of the new Iraqi dinar is to raise the price in the currency market

The deterioration that took place in Iraqi dinars since the early eighties of the last century as a result of economic policies random non-scientific, which followed the Iraqi political system before, Who pursued the policy of broad consumer spending Bcatrih military and civil cause of the deterioration of the Iraqi dinar to the bottom so that the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar today fils Iraqi equivalent prices in 1988.

That monetary policy Iraqi conscious exercised by the Central Bank of Iraq's current political circumstances, economic, social, very difficult, and hanging over the fact of the bombings and the destruction of infrastructure, but the Iraqi Central Bank was able to achieve balance and stability of the Iraqi dinar, to maintain the cover of the Iraqi currency (reserve currency foreign and gold) in spite of government pressure, the use of this balance in public investment, but the Central Bank of Iraq has managed to fend off these pressures, and work according to the contexts of the global central banks

The issuance of the new Iraqi dinar should not be designed to delete the zeros, but must be placed a price equivalent to the U.S. dollar, the fact that the Middle East regions of the dollar, it must be new dinar equation:

New Iraqi Dinars IQD is equivalent to 1220 and added to the cost of issuing one new dinar.

And be here the issuance process meaningful is not the deletion of zeros, but the withdrawal of currency excess of the market and therefore absorb part of the inflated prices, and facilitate the process of trade, and improving financial control of the governmental apparatus, and to facilitate the feasibility studies for investment projects, and raise administrative efficiency. And reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption.

Iraq will top the oil production in the Middle East

The Iraqi Oil Ministry, Wednesday, that Iraq will top the oil production in the Middle East during the next five years, and up to export oil to 12 million barrels per day, while confirmed that the process of increasing oil production will take place after the activation of the performance of national oil companies.

Said Deputy Oil Minister Abdul Karim coffee in an interview with Kurdistan News Agency (Rn) that "the licensing rounds, the first, second and third re-D oil pipeline between Iraq and Syria, in addition to signing an agreement to extend the pipeline of Ceyhan for a period of 15 years to come, will make Iraq the first source in the export of oil to world countries during the next five years. "

And added to coffee that "Iraq has the full capability to be the first product of the oil in the region, having received assurances from the Member States of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries with respect to increase its oil exports" .. Stressing at the same time that "the process of increasing oil production will take place after the activation of the performance of national oil companies in collaboration with foreign companies in licensing rounds, winning three."

Iraq had signed oil contracts with international companies earlier this year for the development of ten oil fields, in order to raise crude oil production to 12 million barrels per day within the next six years, but investment firms show for fear of worsening the security situation in the country, which may stand in the way to achieve the lifting of production to the level indicated by the deadline, as well as the problems still outstanding between the federal government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government in Erbil on recent contracts signed with foreign companies to extract oil from fields in the region.

He continued, Undersecretary of the Iraqi oil minister that "Iraq will arrive within the next five years to export 12 million barrels a day, a figure appropriate to the size of extracting Iraqi oil officially declared a 143 billion barrels, provided not to change oil policy by the next government, and continue to support this policy ".

Iraq has the third oil reserves in the world is estimated at 115 billion barrels, and comes after Saudi Arabia and Iran.

The Ministry of Oil of Iraq in September last that crude oil inventories in the country was 505 billion barrels of discovered fields and by 66 per field oil, with total recoverable reserves for the extraction of around 143 billion barrels, saying that the new figures do not include the fields of the Kurdistan region.

Minister: Iraq will boost oil and gas supplies to Japan

http://www.monstersandcritics.com/ne...plies-to-Japan

Baghdad - Iraq is aiming to become a major oil and gas supplier to Japan, Baghdad's oil minister said Wednesday after a meeting with Japanese officials.
Oil Minister Ali al-Shahrastani also said that Japan offered economic aid, in the form of loans and investments, to help build infrastructure.
The statement was released following a meeting in Baghdad with Mitsuo Sakaba, a Japanese envoy to Iraq for reconstruction issues.
Earlier this month, Iraq announced its crude oil reserves were 24 per cent higher than previously estimated. The country is believed to have over 10 per cent of global reserves.
Japan is a leading purchaser of oil from Iran, but a report in the Financial Times last month implied that Western countries' economic sanctions were raising concern that it will be more difficult to buy Iranian supplies.
Many banks have cut down on issuing letters of credit - instruments needed for trade - with Iranian financial institutions, as Tehran faces pressures over its nuclear programme.
Japan's five-year operation in Iraq, billed as aid for the reconstruction of the country, came to a formal conclusion last year.

Internet way too expensive in Iraq; more fiber connectivity needed'
http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/7734...ernet-iraq.htm

n Iraq, most of the Internet connections are routed through satellites and users have to pay up to $150 for a 512kbps connection, so the nation requires more fiber connectivity to meet consumer needs, a Google team that visited the country early this month said.

A small team from Internet search company Google and video search service YouTube spent a week in Iraq on a trip to explore opportunities for Google in Iraq, to understand the landscape of Internet access and improve connectivity in the country.
Internet penetration in Iraq is among the lowest in the Middle East as only 15 percent of Iraqis said they browse the Internet and the largest percentage of these users live in Baghdad.

Wise investors should find out the countries that he will visit before the G-20 meeting..After all, the countries of interest and their respective currencies should be at the top of his currency revaluation agenda..Just an idea..
Treasury's Geithner To Make Asia, Middle East Stops Ahead Of G20
http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-...29-718542.html

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is slated to visit a handful of countries in Asia and the Middle East in the days leading up to next week's critical Group of 20 meetings in Korea, the Treasury said Friday.

Geithner is slated to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting of finance ministers in Japan, followed by a joint trip with President Barack Obama to India. He will also visit the United Arab Emirates and Singapore before traveling to Korea for the G-20 meeting.

The multi-stop trip comes as world economic leaders seek to assuage concerns of a so-called currency war. The U.S. and a number of established economies have raised concerns about emerging economies manipulating their exchange rates, and world leaders are expected to take on the issue at next month's G-20 meetings.
