If you go by the strictest definition of currency exchange revaluation every small pip IS an RV. Revaluation is a move by a Central Bank of an increase in currency value. Devaluation, naturally, would be the opposite. Since November of 2006 the CBI has gradually increased IQD value from 1470 IQD = 1 USD to today at 1236 IQD = 1 USD. That's nearly an 18% increase in value. Plus it's reflected in Dinar prices in outside markets at much higher values. Best of luck to us all, we are in a critical period.
    Munny Model IQD Value Projections
    Range 1345 IQD/1 USD to 1 IQD/.27 USD:

    1345 Target ACHIEVED!!!
    1260 Target ACHIEVED!!!
    1100 IQD/1 USD by Jan. 5, 2008
    810 IQD/1 USD by July 5, 2008
    500 IQD/1 USD by Jan. 3, 2009
    300 IQD/1 USD by Apr. 18, 09
    1 IQD/.01 USD by Aug. 8, 09
    1 IQD/.27 USD by Sept. 12, 09

I'm not knowledgeable about the Kuwait currency...

But, was it not an expensive proposition in creating the Iraqi Dinar (with all of their security features) and also continuing, even more recently than 2003, to release lower denominations?

Does anyone think it'd be worthwhile to change the face of their currency at this point in time? Thoughts anyone?

Yes it was expensive to create the higher denoms with the security features, however would you create a newer currency or pay of millions of speculators? So people say were small fish in a huge pond..I tend to disagree. Everybody and there mother has dinar or atleast heard about the opportunity. I think to many people are holding dinar the cbi draged its feet for too long. We wont see a big Rv in my opinion. Tank
Use common sense...the world may just start look different....its always fun to dream...and you never know they may come true ONE DAY
