Hi all members,
I was happy to find this website. Was disappointed by pips failure, and hope same good folks who used to help me during that time will do same again. My user's name was victory1 and we made a very sweet team , still remember some sweet hearted people who may be at RC as well. I was wondering which biz to get involved in, and figured out Iraqi dinar may offer something.
I went to dinartrade.com but still don't get some stuff. e.g. I am living in the middle east (United Arab Emirates) so if I buy dinars from guys at dinartrade can I sell them locally here at any bank? or do I have to sell them to dinartrade? 2- what are banks here in UAE-ABUDHABI- where I can sell to?
3-Can I buy them from any banks here?(I dont know if they sell them or not) or does that have some certain banks? 4- What docs do I need to sell them?
-What is the right time to sell them back and - is going into that biz profitable anyways?

I have three friends currently in Saudi, Dubai and Jordan. they have access easily like you but biz is brisk when coming to buying for "others" due to the cost factors that are inevitable and the methods of getting and transferring etc.

If you can be secured with "credibility" from buyers etc outside UAE and with the rest of the globe...mostly with ROLClub super dinarholics.... you are in biz with a fraction on profits because, we have Ali here helping out tremendously and his source has gained some foothold among RC members.

You can try...but until we know just how much you are prepared to sell per million, how far reduced can you go with a 10 million bulk purchase per order and how much and with which courier you are going to use, the rates for this service etc... members here will stay with ROLClub's popular Ali "Baba" for their Baghdad bucks!!!

Hi Nawal,

I suggest you call the local banks and exchange houses and ask if they sell Iraqi dinars. If they do, you will probably get a far better rate than dinartrade. And also, if they sell, they will also buy them back when you decide to sell. At least www.uaeexchange.com seem to sell IQD.

Nawal, I was informed 2 days ago... USD$535 for a million NID. That is a cool amount and in small bills too!! Bought direct from local Bank in Dubai, a little less in Jordan, almost the same in Saudi.

I can't be too sure but that was the price tag offered and obtainable I get to hear quoted on the phone...hence, for those hands involved locally, they are also taken into account thus, if you paid more, you contributed a BIG smile for the seller...

However, I still think you made a good deal as oppose to those seeking and not getting their hands on it easily... yours remains a consolation...

This is Nawal. You used to help me a lot during pips period with some valuable financial solutions, whenever I raise any concerns about any issue. I will never forget that. Therefore, if you need me to pass you any good info about current prices offered by banks in Dubai reg Iraqidinars, I will only be happy to do for you/and same for any memeber here at RC. I am living now in Abudhabi capital of UAE and Dubai is only 2 hrs driving from my home(Eventhough with internet age that doesnt meen alot) and will soon start to shop around agenies and banks to see what they offer and will pass their website directly to you guys. I live in the same building with "Emirate Islamic bank)(Contrary to what I saw in the USA there is no boundary between commercial & residental buildings here) so will visit them as well.
