ISX Opening Date

I have heard different dates for the opening if the ISX to foreign investors through the FIL, but have not been able to see a link to the dates that are (speculated ?). I see where it had been asked by others for a link or some kind of verification but no answer to know avail. If you could provide a link to the latest posted date of April 10 or another date backed up with a link of news, or legal documentation it would be appreciated.

There has never been a date given by the authority of the ISX. It has been stated that it is ready and looking at April thru the Articles to Launch the Opening. Other than that I have not seen others asking for dates, but just hoping that it happens.

I for one "Speculate" (Hope), as always that if Security is enough, April is the month as the news has stated, and it opens. I assume that that is why there are no comments. Just waiting to see if what has been published comes to past
