    Hi YB!
No, not hiding with the teddy bear! :) If you don't count Lasse as one of course!
What's with that Leffe beer? Is it some kind of low carb or what's special with it?

Lasse is...as usual...not better, but not worse either. I'll tell him you said hi

I don't know which threads to "un-stick"; will look at it...Others can suggest what they think also.
    Cheers! Karin

Choochie: Thanks so much for those words. No one can tell me I am a day over 35 Actually, no one think I am 66yrs old. When I first came to California and rode the bus, the drivers would make me show identification because they did not believe me when I said I was a senior citizen and wanted the cheap fare; senior citizen fare I preserve myself as much as possible. Love exercising

Franny, that is so cool! I know I hope to keep my youthfulness. My mother who now lives with me looks very young for her age too. Most people think she is my sister and not my mother. She is 23 years my senior. I just hope I got her genes.

    Hi everybody!
Well, everybody tells me that once you start exercising you can't live without it...Actually, I can! I HAVE tried it a few times earlier but was VERY happy when my "term pass" at the gym expired... Bought a pass (entrance) for a term...because I am so "greedy" that if I have PAID for it, I WILL use it! So that's one way of ensuring that I actually go!
    But I never liked it.
I was thinking of doing it now anyway, cause I can't stand being like this, but I can not afford it. Plus I live outside town so would have to drive to get there (and gas is VERY expensive in Sweden, around 6$/ gallon). So I dicided to start walking! I can do it here, it's free, I get fresh air, and walking with poles is quite effective (much more than normal walking). And I can fantasize while I'm walking! I usually have long, detailed, conversations with the bank tellers when I go to exchange my dinars, and then I talk to the contractor who will build on to my house, and then...etc!
    /K

hmmm ... all you gals are an inspiration for me.... I've put on a few unwanted pounds just sitting at my computer this last year waiting for our "rv"... I've never had a serious weight problem but as you know a few pounds in the wrong places are still very unwanted... its worse during the winter cause its easy to hide by just wearing layers of clothes... but in the summer there's no faking it... Once we have our rv... I will join a gym ... I'm like Karinc.. if I pay for it ... I want my moneys worth and will make myself go even if I dont feel like it.... Til then I'll walk my dog... Here's to everyones carbs!! ez:) :)
