Acutually, it was apporved by parliament back on May 19, 2007. Once it is approved, it is sent to the presidential council, from there it has 15 days to be posted in the official gazette or it will become law!!! I believe this article is in past tense!!!!IMO

According to a lengthy article that appeared here this morning (Sat.), the retirement law is passed and has received its' mention in The Gazette.
