I thought since I will probably have to wait a while for my small payout from another hyip, that I would join this new one that is being put up by a trusted guy who is up front about it being a game and stated that when payouts reach 90%, it stops for a second go after paying the 10% to non profited members. he is investing in it to so that he will make some money that way instead of collecting leftover sums.
