Who can register?
Residents of all countries are allowed to register to Prize Live. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent. All account information must be correct when filling out your profile. Only one account per household is permitted.

Why can't I login?
We recommend using Internet Explorer or FireFox for the best viewing and to eliminate login issues that tend to usually happen with browsers such as AOL, Netscape, and others. Using AOL can sometimes cause your account to be marked as a Cheater in the system because of a duplicate IP address issue. If this happens to you, please use the Contact form to send us an email.

What are Points?
Points equal cash (1 point is equal to $1). Points can be earned from completing offers, commission from level 1 referrals, owning an offer in the reward section, and by winning in the games we offer. Points can be redeemed in the Rewards section for prizes and gifts.

What are GC (Game Credits)?
Game Credits are used to play in the games that we have available on the site. Game Credits can be earned from completing offers, logging in daily via the Toolbar, commission from level 2 referrals, voting in polls, reporting invalid offers, owning an offer in the reward section, and by selling letters in the Prize Grid game. Game Credits do not have any monetary value and cannot be converted into cash.

What is the Jackpot?
The jackpot is an additional award given back to members. For every offer that is successfully completed and credited to your account, you receive 1 jackpot entry. The jackpot total raises on each completed offer by ALL members. You can view the total jackpot amount and the number of entries by hovering over the jackpot tube. Random winners (1-5 members) will be chosen on the first day of each month for the entries from the previous month and the balance will automatically be added to the account.

What is the Toolbar?
The toolbar was created to easily give access to all areas of the site and to easily see your balance totals. The best feature of the toolbar is viewing the Newest Offers dropdown as you are immediately shown the latest offers that have been added. Once you do one of them, they will disappear from the list and will continue to only show offers you haven't done before on the site. You can download the toolbar here.

When will I receive my payment?
PayPal payments are processed instantly. You are allowed to request 1 PayPal payment per day, as long as you post your payment in our Payment Proof board on the forum at least once per month. If you do not want to post your payment proof, you will only be able to request 1 PayPal payment per month. We also provide a Check payment option for those who do not have a PayPal account. Check payments are processed on a NET 10-30 payment basis. As you accomplish more on the site (completing offers, referring friends, etc.), your individual NET payment will be lowered. Please click on NET Payout to view your current NET and what can be done to lower it.

How do I enable my signature banner?
If you are wanting to have your stats enabled on your siganture banner, it must first be enabled by you. In order to do this, please click on Refer a Member from within the Members Home page, and then scroll down to the section under Signature Banners and click on the link titled "Click here to enable Signature Banners for your account".

Who can I report a bug to?
If you find a bug or something that isn't working correctly on the site, please report it to us. It would be best to log into your account, click on Messages, click on Send Message, and then choose Technician. Please do not post bugs on our forums as it would be abusing the site. If the bug is legitimate, you will receive a bonus for letting us know.

The members with the three highest scores for each week will be declared as the winners. Winners = Top three members with the most amount of correct games picked.

Prizes = The total pot for each week will start at $1.00 and will raise each time a member enters for that week. The first place winner each week will receive 60% of the Total Pot for that week. The second place winner will receive 30% of the Total Pot for that week. The third place winner will receive 10% of the Total Pot for that week. Two random place winners will receive a free entry into the next weeks contest (only requirement is you must have at least half of the games picked right and all members but the 1st place winner is eligible for this).

Period = February 14 2010 through February 20 2010

Winners = Top three members with most offers completed will win. Five random members with at least one completed will win as well.

Prizes = First place will receive $75 and 100 Game Credits, 2nd place will receive $50 and 75 Game Credits, and 3rd place will receive $25 and 50 Game Credits. We will also be awarding 5 random members (who didn't finish in the top 3) a prize of $1 and 5 Game Credits each.

As always, all PayPal cashouts are processed INSTANTLY.
