I take the Embassy.

Just for your guide, there wasn't any company that went by the name of Swiss Mutual Fund here in Switzerland between 1948 to 1996. I think they try to make it sound like the Swiss Retirement Fund that was indeed established 1948 but has absolutely nothing to do with this clandestine company.
Also, the mere thought of moving a well established swiss firm to some rather dodgy island should say enough. No, it's not for tax purposes or anything, it's simply because they would never be allowed (or outright arrested if they tried) to set up this sort of scheme in Switzerland.
I should know, I'm a native swiss resident.

You better study more the history of Bern and the Chaviot Family who started Swiss Mutual Fund (1948). My comments on the Embassy are s follow:

Below is the most "stupid" wrong comments made by a Swiss Embassy staff. He even mixed up with the registered corporate domicile and the address of the web site "servers" in USA. Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) originated in Bern Switzerland in 1948 and moved its corporate domicile to the Republic of Dominica in 1996. You do not need to change the Corporate Name every time you moved the domicile. IT is NOT Illegal to retain the original corporate name.Quote:

Thanks, I've read your post thouroughly.
But the fact that this company didn't exist in Switzerland from 1948 to 1996 really doesn't rain on your parade ?

Do you know that Swiss Mutual Fund is a Family owned "closed" private corporation? It is therefore NOT obliged to disclose any information of its activities to "the public". You can not "question" the legitimacy of such a closed corporation because of the unavailability of the information to the public, including the internet search engines. Swisscash investor in not only from Malaysia.....currently is from so many country arround the world....the only thing is malaysian goverment try to control the malaysian people invest to sc.....because now a lot of people from malaysia invested in sc.....including bank staff and excecutive level.....so keep posting in this forum,will update if i have any news.
