I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with Hashcat on Windows 11. The error message you provided seems related to a problem with OpenCL. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

Update GPU Drivers: Make sure you have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed for your GeForce RTX 3050. Sometimes updating the drivers can resolve compatibility issues.

Check OpenCL Versions: Ensure that the OpenCL version installed on your system is compatible with Hashcat. You might want to verify if the correct OpenCL library is being loaded.

Reinstall Hashcat: Try uninstalling Hashcat and then reinstalling it. Ensure you download it from the official source to avoid potential issues.

Compatibility Mode: You can try running Hashcat in compatibility mode. Right-click on the Hashcat executable, go to Properties, and under the Compatibility tab, you can try running it in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows.

Regarding your Windows 11 system, you might also want to check the windows key reddit community. They often share valuable insights and solutions for Windows-related issues. It's a great place to find tips and recommendations.

One thing you can try is updating your Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU driver. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues. Visit the Nvidia website or use their software to check for the latest driver version that works with Windows 11 Pro. You could also try running hashcat in compatibility mode. Right-click on hashcat.exe, go to Properties, and go to the Compatibility tab. From there, you can try running it in compatibility mode for an older Windows version that you know hashcat worked on.

I remember when I had issues with certain programs not playing nice after upgrading my OS. It turned out to be a compatibility thing. Have you tried running hashcat in compatibility mode or maybe even reinstalling it? Sometimes a fresh install does wonders.

By the way, if you're looking to upgrade or reinstall Windows, I found a great deal on a cheap Windows 11 Pro key online. It made the whole process a lot smoother for me.
