A lady takes a baby into the Doctor for a well baby check.

The doctor checks out the baby and states, "This baby is underweight, is he breast feed or bottle fed?"

The lady responds, "He is breast fed."

The doctor says, "Take off your shirt so I can examine your breasts."

The doctor does a thorough exam of her breasts, squeezing and pinching, and tells her to put her shirt back on. He then says, "No wonder this baby is underweight, your breasts are not producing milk."

The lady says, "I know, I'm the grandma, but thanks for the thrill
