What is your leverage when you trade?

Leverage is a loan facility which almost all forex broker provides to its traders. Forex brokers provide high leverage. My broker Eurotrader also provides high leverage up to 1:500. Leverage also exposes high risk. So, I recommend new traders to use low leverage. I only use 1:100 leverage for risk management purposes. Try to find your suitable leverage ratio in demo trading.

I am using 1:100 ratio leverage on FreshForex broker for the last good five years. Tough they are providing 1:2000 ratio levegae facilities but I am not a scalper so which is why I do not use such level level of leverage ratio.
