Trading is not only about strategy. Traders need discipline in trading. Trading routine can be helpful to maintain and follow your plan. The trader often misses or interrupt their trading plan due to negative emotion. So, a trading routine is helpful to follow a trading plan without emotion. I am a forex trader too. I am trading Eurotrader and always follow and maintain my routine at any cost.

No. I just trade Forex at FreshForex almost all the time since I believe no one can do this business by maintaining any routine. Even another issue is that we need to follow long term investment to make something good.
