Thread: Leverage and spreads

For now, I am more comfortable trading with a leverage of 1: 1000. By trading using leverage large it will require a small margin that will allow us to maximize our capital well. We could try to trade using small capital if it chooses to trading using high leverage

Leverage and spread is definitely key aspect of trading and it’s look at very highly, so that’s why most brokers look to have best of these things, but personally I hardly had wish to have these things all that good since my focus was mainly to trade well and that was something I was doing it well thanks to OctaFX broker, as they have terrific conditions that gives the best spread and leverage, but more importantly smooth platform for me to work well.

with a big leverage u can do forex trading with a small margin, and with a small spread u can do open position again and again with a small cutted profit from broker.

Leverage is a good factor to the traders can make more profit. But leverage is also a double-edged sword for anyone to use it. if you do not use the leverage effect will cause a large debt and you can not pay it. it will affect your mentality and you do not know how to overcome it. The best we should use the leverage in line with their abilities. Now i am using 1:500 leverage in TICKMILL

You are right Gaban, we can obviously trade with comfort using high leverage with low capital, but this is risky as well, it is sort of way where we make decent profits or lose it all, so if we want to go with such way then it is alright, but if we wish not to lose our funds then it is absolutely crucial to trade wisely. I do use high leverage up to 1.500 with OctaFX broker, but this never means I am taking risk or putting my entire capital on the line, I am just using high leverage to make myself relax and comfortable, but otherwise I always prefer strict money management which keeps me in right shape no matter what situation market is in.

I now use the leverage of 1: 500 in TICKMILL, despite many temptations by offering greater leverage, but now I'm trying to continue to use the leverage of 1: 500 as I prefer to maintain security in the trade in order to money management properly maintained

Yeah, they’re indeed very crucial, but we got to learn to use them wisely and only then we will be able to gain anything. Increase in leverage can increase our chance of profits, but it also increase risk, so correct balance is what we need to make it big.

Good trading strategy and applied with discipline, patience and focus will really help traders to get the best results. Trader should take advantage of the contest demo accounts and demo accounts to improve skills. For a demo contest, now many brokers are holding it included in TICKMILL with the duration of each week
