I don't understand the concept of grieving/grieving family members being forced to shovel and lower into the grave before it is covered once the deceased is lowered into it.

What the hell is this?

Some say it is a reminder that man is from the dust and will never return to the dust. Don't we all know that? Do we really need such a reminder? Probably not.

People already know all this, only children and funerals are not for children. But the man was always looking for ways to charm even the ugliest opportunity at a funeral.

Besides, I think preaching and preaching at funerals is a waste of time. Yes! This is an unnecessary waste of time, because no sermons during funerals have ever converted anyone. People only hunt for food and drink. Nothing more!
