- Increased value of property assets through active asset management and adding value through real estate developments auxiliary pre-sale prior to construction;
- Achieving yield annual capital stabilized above our cost of capital (currently target returns of between 160% and 800% before preparing), and the realization of returns of cash through refinancing, income generation and sales in order to recycle our capital
- Recruit, develop, align and compensate our people within a business operating environment, but structured.
