If it is indeed critical to do business with that Chase bank, perhaps going up the chain of command.. branch manager, district manager.. on up, may get you the correct answer.

Again, NO problem here in ordering more dinar.

Just an update from my Chase post yesterday. I placed my order at 2:00PM om Tuesday-my order did not come in until 3:00PM today. Has always been within 24 hrs. Order was entirely 10K notes. First that I have seen them. Not uncirculated but close.
I took the assistant manager aside and asked her what was up with ordering dinar as far as who can, etc. She said she wasn't privvy to all of the memos-the main manager was on vacation. She did tell me that Chase has let all branches know to be very selective about who they sell to if they choose to at all. According to her, there has been some fraud issues and Chase is a little leary about selling Dinar. I brought up the fact about the security built into these bills-she stated she was well aware of the safeguards and also knew that the US had a hand in designing them. She informed me that at their location they will ONLY sell to established account holders. She also stated that there are established account holders that they will not sell to. I found that comment intersting. I'm not well versed in the banking industry, but I suspect some account holders may be "flagged". Could be questionable background, previous felonies, etc.
Thought I would pass this along to the group. If I get a chance, I will pin down the manager when she is back from holiday.

**this may not be all that interesting, but it's a hell of a lot better than all the eye gouging that's been going on here today.
