I'm very happy to inform that I've received my new password/pin from the support staff for one of my pxpx accounts, and now I'm able to login to my account without any problem. :D
Don't care about trolls, and false information. Simply call the support.
Use these numbers:
6068500 876/462/473
You'll be asked to provide your pips id (pips account number) or pips user id.
The support is awesome.
Update: IT Staffs are now fixing the login problems for those who have special/non-alpha numeric characters in their passwords. So do not worry about your accounts. This will take some time. If you need to access your account immediately, then you may contact the support staff for an immediate action.

It's a relief and also encouragiing to see others getting into their accounts. I've called those numbers you listed between 300 and 400 times in the past 4 days. Even called the telephone Co. to make sure my long distance is working, but can only get a busy signal from the office. Think I'll take about a 4 or 5 hour break and begin again. There must be thousands of us calling the office at this time. I'm only concerned about 2 accounts. Wonder how many accounts they are worried about. Betty

Hello all and THANKS for being there!
I have never dialed longdistance outside the USA, never had the need "smile"
I am in the eastern time zone....
What hours are they open? In my time zone?
I am not able to get into my account, keeps saying...
Login failed. Username/password not found
Should I try and call?
Is this just a temporay glitch? and Should I be paitent, and wait till this is fixed?
If you suggest calling... You posted the number but EXACTLY how would I dial it?
Do I dial the numbers as you have them in the first post of this thread???

Heyho,
I knew the update of Keith. I meant if they really are working to fix the password with symbols problem without calling support?
I mean that would make sense somehow as thousands of members can't access their accts. and aren't able to get through to support. Thousands calling but only 3 lines, I think you get the point. So they must fix this without members calling.

The trouble is that Version 2 is full of bugs because it was obviously not tested properly before release.
Unless you call you will not get your log in password and pin number because without doing certain securirty checks over the phone they will not e-mail you. DO NOT SUMMIT A SUPPORT TICKET as the security has been breached, the wrong messages are getting onto members accounts. (more bugs).
I also read Keith 's update and sent him a PM which to date he has ignored. The IT staff will not be aware of your login problems unless you tell them, I don't think that they are able to identify individual account problems without the member telling them first, therefore saying that they are fixing it is misleading.
This is a terribly protracted business and I think it will be weeks until all members are able to login consistently. Mine was reset over the phone and still it was wrong, it took me over a week to get it fixed (and that was just one account) another has now gone down and frankly I cannot face phoning and starting the whole scenario again but because it is a charity one I must try.
Boring is it not?
