I just purchases a property in Newmarket for 875k. Property is roughly 50-60 years old (guessing by layout). Property was build in 1955.
Real Estate Lawyer is asking for total of $2450+tax. See breakdown below.
- Purchase: $850
- Mortgage: $250
- Disbursement: $700
- Title Insurance: $650

I feel like this is too much. Does his seem high for any of you. I am first home buyer.
