Well, I thought it would be better to start a new topic, rather than throwing all the information around in a circle.
The reason is that after a (very short) trial with minimal results and questionable products, I decided to give CBD a full 30 days to work. I will post daily throughout the term, detailing what I used that day, what my day was like, my mood and details of any medications taken.
What we hope to achieve is I won't get hung up on too much, so to cut a long story short, about 7 years ago on a construction site I fell through the floor/ceiling from the third floor, hitting my neck and hands on every beam, until finally I ended up on the first floor in a pile. After that, I did not work for 7 months, I was prescribed various opiate painkillers, which are also highly addictive with many unpleasant side effects. It was a real hell coming from them. I had 7 months of physical therapy and two separate MRI scans. In the end, I largely came to terms with this, with the repeated prescription of codeine, tramadol and other drugs, the name of which I forgot. Currently, I only take codeine on a very bad day, we talk maybe three times a month. My work can be stressful sometimes and I often work until early in the morning, it's quite a difficult job to fall asleep when I need to sleep, so I hope this helps too.
After the accident, I was also, unfortunately, involved in two car accidents, namely, when a third party continued to drive me on the ass. The most recent one was in June last year. In this accident, I received whiplash injuries, which were also similar to the fact that my back pain started 5 years ago.
The pain does not prevent me from doing everyday things, but it always pisses me off and makes me make stupid noises when I bend or lift something.
Statistics - I'm not sure if it matters, but I'll list it anyway
