I know this question has been asked many times, but I have not seen anyone describe it the way it happened to me. I bought an Asus Zephyrus a couple of months ago and it still worked great. Just a couple of days ago, I ran the laptop on battery power for about 5 hours before charging it again. However, today, even though the battery is 100% charged, when I unplug the laptop, it shuts down, and I cannot turn it on again unless I plug it in. The warranty has expired, so I cannot ship it. Do you guys have any suggestions? I am pretty sure the battery is not the problem, as it was working just fine a few days ago. I know the batteries are dead, but not overnight.

The laptop shows that the battery is 100% charged, but dies when unplugged.
