Thumbs up Same questions about a Dinar RV - fact or fiction?

All the rhetoric I'm trying to read about the Dinar and the RV looks impressive - if I understood it - which I don't.

I'd just like to receive in "readable General American English," verified answers to the following questions:

Is Iraq going to RV the Dinar?
    When?
    At what rate?

There are people who evidently didn't need the money they used to buy Dinars or the profits they stand to gain from buying the Dinars There are also many people who are counting on this RV to happen, soon, to help regain quality of lives that evaporated because of the recession.

It's a given that one of the objectives of revaluing the Dinar should be to help Iraq's people to rise out of the ashes of war and the Stone Age they lived in with the murderous thugs they had running their country. Therefore, we don't need to hear the sermon about this being pure speculation and that one should only invest money that he or she can afford to lose. At this point, a lot of people would probably like to trade places with you who can obviously afford to maintain such a condescending and perfunctory attitude.

By now, it's a proven fact that there were no weapons of mass destruction which Bush used as a pretense to invade Iraq. In my opinion, he was directed by the obscure "global overlords" (of which his family has been one for more than 75 years) along with his confederates and hatchet men, to invade Iraq, with our troops carrying the ball, to get rid of the regime that was screwing with their control of the oil and the economy. The money Bush and his friends were to make with an RV was astronomical (his and Cheney's investment were rumored to be $100 Mil U.S. dollars each) - along with the sole sourcing of contracts to companies like Haliburton (Cheney's "former" employer) to rebuild the infrastructure of the country. The global overlords couldn't have cared less what happened to the people in the country - as long as they regained control of the economy of Iraq - which we helped them do at the loss of several thousand American and allies' kids and has added to our own national debts. I don't recall the U.S. government having been reimbursed for the hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars that it cost us to bring Iraq to where it is today.

Those points, in my opinion, justify Iraq to RV the dinar so that the U.S. government and the thousands of American investors can cash in the billions of dinars we hold. In part, eliminating the Hussein regime and helping to bring Iraq back on its feet, the U.S. and other countries are now suffering from the recession that the wars with Iraq contributed to. With the drilling of oil again, I feel they can more than afford to RV the dinar at the highest possible rate - NOW!!
