I read in "Gulf news" on biz news section of monday sep 10, 2007 that GCC " that gulf central bank" may consider reval of their currency esp UAE and Oman, says one of their financial expert. This they said to curb inflation esp in United Arab Emirates. There is also the old proposal for 2010 currency union on the table.
Does that mean Iraq will defintely follow the same policy for it's currency in the very near future?
What is the impact of gulf currency union for Iraq currency?
Your opinion is highly appreciated.
Thanks
Nawal
