The Income Opportunity

No income opportunity will succeed without a solid business model. Hopefully, you realize that they don't come any more solid than our extreme marketing system. Now that you know we've got a system everybody needs, it's time to talk profit!

Put simply, EIM's compensation plan takes the best setups available, and changes them up for maximum profitability. The system we've decided on is an equalized 3x7 forced matrix, with unbelievable opportunities to earn bonuses over and over again.

Now, you're probably confused by what I mean when I say "equalized 3x7 forced matrx". Don't worry, though. It's not as difficult to understand as it may seem. Here's the short version...

With standard multi-level referral programs, everyone you refer is placed on your first tier. They are your referrals. Everyone your referrals refer are placed on their first tier, but on your second tier, and so on. You earn varying amounts of money on sales made on each tier, usually more on the higher tiers, and less on the lower.

The problem with this setup is that it sounds great in practice, but most people lack the motivation or the know-how to actually generate referrals, so while you work your butt off building your first tier, your downline doesn't do as well as you'd hoped. They lack motivation to promote, but you can't do it all on your own.

The forced matrix is the answer to this problem. With a forced matrix, each member is only allowed to have a set number of referrals on each tier. In our case, that magic number is 3. After you receive 3 referrals on your first tier, all additional refers are automatically placed on the first tier of someone beneath you in the matrix. They're still in your network, only placed on a lower tier. This is called spillover.

This means two things for you. First, the people above you in the matrix will be helping to grow your own network, as they generate spillover for you. Also, as you continue to promote and generate spillover for people in your list, they'll have more motivation to promote themselves, and to remain active participants in the system.

The problem with this setup is that spillover has the tendency to make people lazy. Once they realize that the efforts of others are benefiting them, they have a tendency to just sit back and receive passive income from the spillover. In effect, you wind up working your butt off, and they just sit back and leech off of your efforts.

EIM has corrected this inherent flaw in the forced matrix system by requiring all members to refer a certain number of people themselves before they can enjoy any of the benefits of spillover. They'll still receive the spillover, but they won't earn a dime off of it until they contribute back into the success of the system. These minimum referral requirements are very reasonable, but ensure that those who cash in on the explosive profitability of EIM are those who helped it be explosively profitable!

The minimum requirements are very simple. In order to receive commissions from spillover on a particular tier, you have to have that same number of active, Premium accounts that you've directly referred. In other words, to receive commissions on spillover placed on your Tier 2, you have to have at least 2 Premium accounts that you referred directly. For commissions on Tier 5 spillover, you have to have 5 Premium-level referrals. It's a very simple, very reasonable setup that ensures that everybody wins!

There's one more problem with multi-level matrices that EIM has fixed. Companies usually set up their compensation plans one of two ways. They either offer lower commissions on the higher tiers, and higher commissions on the lower, or they reverse it and offer higher commissions on the higher tiers, and lower commissions on the lower. Both of these setups have major flaws.

Higher commissions on higher tiers results in higher commissions being paid out on a smaller group of people, considering that the forced matrix only allows a certain number of people to occupy each tier. On the other hand, higher commissions on the lower tiers results in people not seeing enough profit early on (on their higher tiers), which results in them giving up and moving on to another program before they can tap into the profit-power of those lower tiers.

EIM has fixed this by equalizing the commission structure on all 7 tiers. You'll earn the same percentage of commissions on Tier 1 sales that you will on Tier 4 or even Tier 7. That way, it doesn't matter which setup you prefer... More cash up-front, or more explosive cash on the lower tiers. A standard commission rate ensures that everybody is happy. A referral is just as valuable to you no matter where they're placed in your matrix!
