Very interesting questions indeed. Who knows, they might just surface at the trial. I'm sure BM and Sharon have witnesses they wish to call in their defense, and these would certainly appear to be ones that would be on this list.

You should know that someone else has said that BM has geniously hid all the money among many different people to protect PIPS members from this situation. Once he is found not guilty, all this money will be returned and PIPS will be back in operation. Kind of flies in the face of the staff stealing money, and others, etc.. Hopefully the trial will sort it all out.

Most strange, dont you think, that the two people with banking, investment, business acriment and a worldly knowledge of such workings seem to have dissappeared entirely from the PIPs investigation radar and we are left with one BM holding all the answers. Most strange that an accountant does not see banking irregularities, does not question the Credit Card farce, nor does he impliment or control, let alone, add any legality to Picpay. Most strange that a corporate accountant does not forsee the cash flow problems, does not even forsee that some small bank down the road is completely inadquate to meet the demands of the company members very early in the life of PIPs, nor do we ever see any reference to this person brokeraging the facilities of the big banks. That work was always referrenced as " Bryan or are talking to such and such a bank". Very strange.

Yes very strange.Makes you wonder if any of these people actually stayed with pips for more than a few weeks ? Or if they were ever there at all ????

What ever happened to the original trust holding members money? Why did pips sever the contract with them? I am told the new trust was nothing more than a mail drop address in NZ.

No Trial , No News that is the Way the Law works when higher political interests behind a case. Simply spoken BM has just conducted business from the wrong Country and become to powerful for a few People. Where the money has gone we will never get to know, as for no surprise some very high ranking names could be mentioned in a deep going investigation, so the most easy to prosecute are the founder and Brain behind the Business.
Freak situation running PIPS from Panama would have been much wiser.

Perhaps, it was a blessing in disguise...for a "whole lot more" from getting duped...

As you should be able to admit, once the mind is set to get involved, with the unscrupulous ways when dealing with money & interests from other ppl's lended cash and given all the false hopes to play with time as well, it doesn't matter where you launch it from...

It then becomes and is ONLY a matter of time before the truth and the Law catches up and unwinds your bogus operation, they should actually consider themselves mighty fortunate for not trying it out and temporarily lavishing a lifestyle from within China proper....for there, it is the "noose" for sure!

I am closing this thread and all that are related to the Marsdens/PIPS/Hallotto disguise deceit. For returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Marsdens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention
