Along with many others I have written and received no response. It is good to know YB is OK.
I thought everything had stopped when we heard that it would be impossible to gain anything through the Malaysian courts.
Will keep checking in to see if there are any changes.

Well everyone, I have not been able to contact YogiBrood since my posting in May. It appears he has changed his telephone number. I don't know what this means - it could be that he is worse, in which case, I don't like to bother him any more so as
not to stress him.

Has anyone else been in contact with him at all, as it's approximately 17 months since we started this 2nd attempt?

Does anyone feel confident to take us forward with this matter? If there is anyone who has any legal knowledge who could point us in the right direction, it would be great if you would post in this thread - and then maybe we could correspond by Private Message to get things going. Please don't let this second opportunity pass us by! Please get in touch anyone!

Well I've been dipping in and out of this thread over the last few months to see what (if anything's) been happening, but obviously it all seems to have gone very quiet since Yogibrood fell ill.... I'm afraid I've not heard anything and neither am I in any way able to take this forward as I have absolutely no experience of what needs to be done by whom with whom, but I'm very willing to help out with anything if it's in my power / skill-mix and I have the time...

I must admit I was a bit put off when it became clear how much the notary services were going to cost, but if there is a good chance of getting a good part of my (not insignificant) "investment" back, then I'll accept that additional cost...

I have been dropping by every so often to see if anything is happening. I have no experience to guide this process but I am willing to help and support behind the scenes if it would be of benefit to everyone.

I have been very disappointed to see that nothing has resulted from the plans YogiBrood had. Just an explanation of what has happened would suffice. It is very disheartening after putting out money to pursue this new effort. I do hope he has recovered, but would like if someone in his family could let us know.

I too have not heard anything. It seems YB was acting alone leading this latest quest but this is only my opinion.
