Yes indeed it is YOUR money and no one can deny nor doubt that. However, that "claim" can & should be put forward at the door of the "institution" or facility that you suspect, or have adequate proof, to state your allegations as being responsible for still possessing partially, some of your Investment monies after the disappearance of Bryan Marsden from his last apprehension and sentence served in Malaysia.

Don't get confused nor mixed it up by ever assuming that ROLClub has anything to do with it or is responsible in facilitating your right to be refunded etc.

We can, as we did by only being instrumental in assisting the 1st ever and only Claim case held in Malaysia. For there was a portion of every ex-Pipsters money which the Malaysian Authorities managed to impound & seize under that country's jurisdiction that was made available to be claimed and returned back to those who went the extra mile in doing so, by submitting a Claim in accordance to a given process laid down by the Court there..

Monies that still float or are stashed away in other countries, well, they are still up for the claim but with that said, claims have to be channeled in those respective countries and as far as Malaysia is concerned, its all over and DONE with in that country.

Remember also, and this is a technical loophole too, those Claimants that succeeded in having their submitted claims made in and from Malaysia, can by the very virtue of the next upcoming Claim, revive and renew again for a stake in any new case made in the country where a new claim is enacted. Don't FORGET about this extra opportunity that is open for them again.
And as it should also be better understood for the right perspective on these matters, the lesser there are who succeeded in taking the trouble to stake their claim, each and every time possible, the chances of seeing more refunded is greater and more!!!

A quick example:

If there is 10 million made available for a refund in one country, and there are 500 would-be Claimants filed and approved by the presiding Court for a refund, then the chances are that you have to accept and share your once lost investment with 499 claimants. either by a percentage ratio or by an equal disbursement amount.

If there are only 50 turning up with their claims and being approved, then these 50 will see a higher refund payout. So simple as that. So, if you want to give it a shot, your best bet is to first hope there's not too many as clever & quick as you are and that you are also able to go along all the way in sticking in there to the last straw....

Thats how the reality is but the positive part being optimistic in this is, for so long as BM is alive and can be indicted and charged over and over again in countries where he stashed the monies, everyone has a good chance to go for it all over again. Of course, thats sort of being utterly greedy won't you agree?

For so long as the monies are scattered around the globe, and whoever is serious to stay the mile with every attempt made to claim, it is and will get to be treated as an individual case altogether.

So, fundamentally..... its NOT over as yet.

Yes, you may have missed the one Claim & refund in Malaysia but you can theoretically still stake your claim (so long as BM lives on and gets to be jailed/imprison) every time he gets charged in a different country where the remaining portion of the money is proven to be there. Lastly, as a good safe reminder, although and when it becomes a concerted & collective effort pursued together, when the day arrives which distinguish WHO has HOW much to claim back..... every individual immediately is on his own for so far as the differing sums are concerned. Hence, to each his own actually from the VERY beginning. Each has a goal to claim back the amount you felt nabbed & deprived from your wallet and you want it ALL back or at least, as MUCH as possible wouldn't you? So, starting off on a humble cooperative position is strongly urged and encouraged. Fallouts somewhere in between will only serve better for the remaining claimants but also cost more energy & $$$s to sustain that pursuit. Every submitted documents however way it needs to be extracted, obtained, couriered and/or mailed out for compliance to the submission as requested both by the Lawyers and Courts, will be at the expense from each individual... that too is something you need to consider seriously. Its all about costs and can you sustain the long trail for it before you see that day when your dream refund gets paid out?

Hi, This is Splodge. Has anyone actually been paid their money yet - or is it just that BM is released from jail? I had $80,000 in my account when PIPS went down. It's difficult to believe that after all this time BM is just going to re-open his bank account and start sending out cheques. Is PIPS really coming back?

Edit: Are you aware of what you just posted? Where did you or how on earth did you came about with what you just asserted?
Please read and spend some good time and seriously make the attempt first & foremost to read at least some pages from page #38 of this forum to grasp an idea of whats happening, whats posted with relevant information and disclosures and if you think you still do not have the time for that simple effort, this is a forum that you won't get respected with the kind of questions you just raised.

I'm giving you this tip and after this, you will be left on your own if you continue to post your ignorance and you can be sure, you won't make headway or be taken serious here or elsewhere for sure... :( - YB.

NAP(not a problem) at all... but WHERE were you all these while since 2006 when BM was apprehended? I'm sorry to hear abt yr computer situation.

As for the Claimant form, there isn't one created nor does an official form in existence to be honest with you. We made it up ourselves which simply is a listing and this listing will need to be agreed by all involved within the list in approving each other which again.. is subject to WHOever that is listed, is worthy of being part of the collective team/group that is or has been seriously active with all the efforts put in collectively. This is a process that proves a person is serious and supportive and not one that simply "jumps in" at convenience sake and esp. at the expense of others who stayed active and supportive with the funding. Its a small criteria to put up with but VERY essential from distinguishing "hitch-hikers" for the Claim ride which no one welcomes having in the Claimant Group.

This is where I was once responsible in making sure, EVERYONE gets to be treated fairly and is cooperating fairly as well with each other. Where money is involved, it has to be treated differently and participation is viewed as serious and not a thing to be taken lightly. I will copy paste your question and my response on the forum so others can understand this perspective too.

Please avoid repeating any future mistake like having missed the boat & opportunity for the next potential Claim. Visit this ROLClub Forum thread as often as you can and stay interactive with this forum to learn and be "involved" with fellow members who may be of essence to more information that could serve your interests and most important of all, DON'T get swayed away by trollers and troublemakers who will always jump in and interfere and try to jeopardize efforts we plan and may be considering while they mock & bad-mouth nonsensical postings that seem to make them the wise-Williams when they actually are NOT and you become discouraged by it all which may cause you yet again to be left out for the Group Claim when one is created in the future.

If any of you feel that you can do it better on your own or go to another forum where they are offering a similar assistance, then please, don't let anyone stop you from doing so. There is no race or competition involved.

While reviewing some Forum threads related to BM due to some postings recently made by members, it don on me to see what and by whom and why on earth are they posting in there when its supposed to be closed?

I saw some were not closed back in 2008 by us and I in particular had too many to look up hence, some had slipped my attention. Anyway, It offered a new outlook and while considering the text for closure, I came across one posted by BM in respoinse to a dear friend of ours who I remember back then. Remarkable isn't it? He knew what he said and whats worst about it all, he posted that arrogant response just because a member was skeptical about his Halotto scheme.

Admin & I chatted briefly and will do so more in the coming weeks for a new outlook. We will start a new forum to address this potential outlook for those that seek a new possibility to discuss openly and on all possible fronts to find a way in narrowing our efforts in consolidating YOUR monies to be claimed back somehow, from wherever the rest may be at.

I strongly advise that YOU read and read, and read whatever it takes to be in depth at what is now developing and while it is now in its few pages, it is easier to catch up but if you arrive at a much advance stage, its NEVER too late however, don't posts on issues already dealt and addressed by me or others helping out with helpful hints and answers.

Read and spent a positive time doing some DD for it will benefit YOU better in the end.
