Thread: Support ticket to reset pin#?

For some reason I can't login to my picpay acct. I sent an email to have the pin # reset and they sent an email back saying that they aren't handling support by email anymore that I need to submit a ticket instead.
You can only submit a ticket after logging into your account.
OK......... so how do I do that if I can't login to my account????

OMG, don't any one read the forum posts of instructions, and the main site that informs ppl there is a reset pin feature on the site itself.?

The pin# reset option is only for the pips website, not picpay.

call picpay to get your PIN reset instantly

Well if you don't want to call picpay, just do like me, create another picpay account, send a ticket asking them to reset the other account. They send the new Pin by email, the same email as the other account.

It works for me.
