Thats true and this is esp. true when anyone has to deal with an unscrupulous person with plans to revert to this option prior to even making an exchange.
This chargeback is in effect not or will neither take place as it has to do with the AlertPay side, what took place before that, really, has no concern with you as that is something between the account holder and AP to that effect. What transpires after is quite another development again.

This will be added to safeguard and prevent such cunning moves by people planning to charge back once an ESCROW exchange is undertaken.
