You may also submit any good, working & effective ideas. ALL are welcome and strongly urged to add your vote, air your opinions. Suggestions are helpful tips, so we can incorporate them into a working document in securing fairness and equal satisfaction made applicable for both exchanging parties.

Nothing is concrete as yet nor will it be applied until a decision is taken by us.

In viewing the situation taking place within our Forum, between members wanting, trying and finding themselves scammed by a new member or experiencing bad arrangements for lack of fundamental mistrust and/or inexperience with correct handling for a good honest exchange, we shall offer a new service by ROLClub like an Escrow service for both parties.

This Escrow Service will handle and manage the receipt and transfer from and to the exchanging parties.

PayPal, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve & Pecunix
(Non Verified PayPal holders will NOT be accepted)

There will be a small service charge for this and a portion gained from the service (transfer/receive/conversion) will be made to help fund ROLClub's Fund for a current cause to cover expenses for our Moderator's assignment on a Trial over the Marsdens in Malaysia. A flat service fee of $5,50 for both exchanging members will be charged. Every exchange will be limited to a maximum of $1000 at a time. Hence, we can maintain a status quo for either side meaning, $100 Liberty Reserve for $100 PayPal or AlertPay and vice versa. This service will overcome and curb the bad dudes and their bad, dishonest exchanges, there is no room for them to cheat on you!!!

In the meanwhile a draft will be prepared stipulating on a mutual Agreement both parties will need to fill in with the required details to comply in accordance to the Exchange Agreement. If you wish to help draft the Agreement, please do not hesitate to share your experience with workable suggestions as well as in creating a friendly but stern set of rules where both parties can adhere & abide easily base on what needs to be considered to secure a meaningful and correct agreement to suit both parties willing to exchange for a currency in need. Use this thread to post your proposals and or suggestions. Make this Escrow Service work & serve for your smooth handling and swift access and perhaps, you may invite others to first join ROLClub before participating and enjoying our unique new service expansion.
