Yea,he is very busy but given offline message to my PM but the same as I told you.. "we do not delete threads".I would convey your concern to him when he will be online.

Hello goldever,We do not delete any thread but send it to our Archive folder as per our special instruction from Admin . In your case I would move your thread to Archive if it helps you.If not I would pass this to Admin for special consideration. Leeme know if you need any further help please.
