I have had a look at these articles and all I can gather is that they come from a disgruntled government employee. They stem from the Kurdistan region. They are referring to the Kurdistan Central Bank. There is no evidence the Central Bank of Iraq or the Kurdistan central Bank has suspended dealings with Warka Bank.

However, I will be keeping an eye out for future information on this matter. But at this point, I really find no credence in it.

Thanks Marek, I was wondering How to get a better exchange for the USD. Also what are your thought on when it pegs, to convert in into Euro's instead of back to the USD.? I am hearing this might be best or a oppritunity to earn even more.

The details have not changed. The difference now is that online access is available. However, no point going into that if you don't set up an account and what is posted in that thread is still relevant and the start point.
