Unlike many thought that would be the case, for lack of not knowing the difference, we, whom I represent Master SavingsCards, we can provide the cards that can be customized to a clients marketing needs... we also can despatch our technical team to fly out and spend approx. a week at a client's account linked at a local Bank and work on the server to meet the arrangements WE again can only be authorised to define just how a Retail merchant or Corporate Client wants to pay out or reward cashbacks to those that cards when the 16-digit batch nrs are used at any POS or terminal with any ATM wall etc....
These internet programs and online merchants that claim they can provide you such colorful and fancy looking cards are in NO POSITION to come any where close to what a Payment Processor actually is in a position to execute... let alone regard themselves as a platform being a Payment Processors.

Alertpay
It is fairly new and has a real address in Montreal.
Payments take a bit long to get credited. If you send a money order you have to let them know under add money, filll in the details, make a copy and send copy of this to them with the moneyorder. If you wish to buy e-gold when the money is credited to your account, it takes about a week (banks have a hold on checks over $50.00 too for a week). Once it is a credit on your account of which you get an alertpay e-mail, you can use it as e-gold and transfer to your e-gold account. Don't use $ signs in the amount you want or it won't work. It takes about 3 days to show up in your e-gold account.
There are fees involved, but when all else fails read the instructions, which is something so many people ignore.

Haven't been able to do any funding with Uniclear for the past 3 weeks as they have no e-gold. Had to send funds back to my chkg acct and pay a fee to get my money back, not a happy camper with them right now. Have had other problems also.

I am closing this thread and all that are related to the Hallotto disguise deceit. For returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Marsdens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention
at this link>>>:
Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
