I signed up when the launch started two days ago, after having been sitting in front of my computer for several days. I was able to login after having signed up, and also received a welcome email. After this I have been taking care of my little son while he was sick for two days with fever.
I am however now not able to login, and get the message that username does not exist ? What is happening ? I am in the third level from top under Rolclub. I have not recevied any further emails from Halotto after the Welcome email ?

Does this mean that I have lost my account, after I have been sitting in front of my computer for days to be early in ?
What kind of company is this Halotto exactly ? I have a copy of my welcome email, which tells "Welcome to Halotto" and also gives me signup details, username, password and also my affiliate link.
The company has NOT been sending me an email saying that I had to signup again, despite the fact that my welcome email was sent out on March 28th.
I will never accept that I have lost my position in the matrix due to mess, and I expect a response to this problem very soon !!
