d) member must have at least 1 ACTIVE ad in the system (meaning the ad has minimum 100 credits assigned to it).
e) member's Paypal account must be VERIFIED
f) This is the winning recipe to get paid here, it's easy and that way I know I am paying honest members and not bots or cheaters.
