My advice would be to ;
set up the relevant documents etc with a bank for business account (really easy) ,
Create a great website showing your talent at webdesign (possibly create a few example sites also to show you can work in different themes)
Then I would actually advise you to find out what new companies are opening or existing companies in your country , phone them and inform them you can create them a website for xyz price (basically sell it to them- Brian Tracy has great books on this)
If they decide to buy also let them know they can either get discount on future work, X amount cash, or some other reward for informing their friends in the industry of your service

Study and learn. Forex trading is complicated and requires constant education. If you are not willing to dedicate yourself to learning everything you can, you will lose money. Don’t just read articles online. Go to a class or seminar. Attend online courses that are offered.

First of all you should ask yourself do you really want to start your own business. Then you should be clear about in which type of business you are interested. Then you should do some analysis about it. Then you make planning to start your business. Choose a right place to start your business.

Before doing anything you should choose a goal.
