If you are like me and have been suffering appalling speeds and service for far too long, you may want to consider changing to Keconnet.

Although not yet a household name, as up until recently they only offered business packages, and they do not spend millions on advertising, they are independently rated as number one for speed, reliability, and support. They are based in Ipswich... and you can actually speak to them... there, in Ipswich... instead of spending 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone in India!

I am currently waiting for my migration code from the dreaded Tiscali, but have witnessed Keconnect's performance on a friend's PC. You actually get what you are paying for, and the support you deserve, instead of being ripped off.

If you are already on broadband and manage to obtain a migration code (MAP), Keconnect actually give you £25!

Also, as they are relatively unknown, you can probably get your chosen email address. I had no problem obtaining our first choices.
