Commodities Markets
Energy Sector: Light Crude (NYM) shed $2.01 on the day to close at $122.30 a barrel ($US per bbl.); Heating Oil (NYM) shed $0.09 on the day to close at $3.55 a gallon ($US per gal.); Natural Gas (NYM) gained $0.16 on the day to close at $12.38 per million BTU ($US per mmbtu.); Unleaded Gas (NYM) shed $0.16 on the day to close at $3.20 a gallon ($US per gal.).

Metals Markets: Gold (CMX) shed $1.70 to close at $883.80 ($US per Troy oz.); Silver (CMX) gained $0.11 to close at $16.94 ($US per Troy oz.); Platinum (NYM) shed $23.60 on the day to close at $1,992.00 ($US per Troy oz.) and Copper (CMX) shed $0.03 on the day to close at $3.55 ($US per lb.).

Livestock and Meat Markets (cents per lb.): Lean Hogs (CME) shed 0.98 to close at 75.30; Pork Bellies (CME) shed 1.75 to close at 73.50; Live Cattle (CME) gained 0.25 to close at 100.50; Feeder Cattle (CME) shed 0.05 to close at 113.73.

Other Commodities (cents per bu.): Corn (CBT) gained 6.75 to close the session at 643.00 and Soybeans (CBT) gained 29.50 to close session at 1,389.00.

Bond action for the day: 2 year bond shed 3/32 on the day to close at100 10/32 with a Yield of 2.45, Yield Change +0.05; 5 year bond shed 12/32 to close at 101 1/32 with a Yield of 3.26, Yield Change +0.08; 10 year bond shed 21/32 to close at 99 5/32 with a Yield of 3.97, Yield Change +0.08; the 30 year bond shed 1 20 5/32 to close at 94 27/32 on the day with a Yield of 4.69, Yield Change +0.07.
