Yes you right, we can use a demo account to test our skill. but if our broker provide demo contest is better. Demo contest are great to learn trading and you will even get a prize if you are successful. Currently I am participating in Armada Markets demo contest and link

Yes,I use stop loss and take profits on demo accounts.Stop loss helps us from big loss.When we do open trades for long time and not stay our computer front we can do use stop loss.It's safe us from big lose.I do also now use stop lose my real trading account.

In demo there is no need to your stop loss or take profit. but if you are learner then you must use them because it can help you to make strong analysis in future.

But we also know how to use SL and TP for trading. If we do not know about that, and our psychology still need to be improved, probability to lose money in forex will be bigger. Demo account should be used as well as possible because using demo account, trader can start trading in forex and get trading experience which will help us when trading with real account.

Start using stop loss when trading with demo account is good. It will make us be more know how to set stop loss. If we do not use SL when trading, we must be able to do "cut loss" so we will not get more risk.

We can test and hone our trading skills using demo account. And we also can use it to take part in demo contest. When using demo account, we must try to learn how to minimize the risk. Money management should be disciplined when trading in forex. We also must improve our trading skill to get more maximal result in forex.

Demo is the reflect of real account. Real trading is impossible without demo practice. We get experience and knowledge by demo practice. Stop loss and take profit is essential for real trading. So should practice it on demo account.

although we are only trading on a demo account, we also need to use SL when trading. With SL then we will be able to trade with the maximum. For that we need to learn and practice trading so well that we will benefit from forex and the risk can minimalized well with SL
