Enhance the value of our domain names and get paid weekly for it. We are in the domaining business and we list our domains for sale to make our profits. Our domains do command top value because of the Value Enhancement we can bring to it. You can share in part of these profits by participating in our LeaseBack Program for the domains we have listed for sale.

By securing one of our LeaseBack domains, you can create for yourself a weekly income. You would have also provided us a value enhancement for our domain as it now becomes revenue producing and therefore more valuable. You get to share 50% of the profits if the domain is subsequently sold. Then you can secure another domain from us to LeaseBack and make all over again or even more. There is no limit to how much profits you can make.

Here is how it works. We have several domains in stock that we will do a LeaseBack arrangement on. We have an exclusive contract with a Factoring company that would provide the rentals we can secure. If we have XYZ.com and decide that it has a $10,000.00 price to it then we will list that domain for sale at $10,000.00 We would also allow any individual or company to do a LeaseBack at 50% of the Sale price for a year.

Should you decide to purchase a LeaseBack on that domain, you need pay us $5,000 to secure it for a year, at the same time securing a weekly rental of $125.00 on that domain for 52 weeks. We will continue to list it for sale and work on value enhancement of the domain.

In the 52 weeks where you will be collecting weekly rentals, one of two things will happen.

1. The domain does not get sold.
2. The domain gets sold.

In the event that the domain does not get sold, you would have collected 52 weeks of rentals amounting to $6,500.00

giving a solid return of 30%

In the event the domain gets sold, one of two things will happen.

1. It gets sold at our price of $10,000.00
2. It gets sold at a price significantly HIGHER than our asking price.

If it gets sold at our asking price, the profit sharing is $10,000 - $5,000.00(LeaseBack)= $5,000.00(Actual profit)

Actual profit of $5,000 divided by two is $2,500.00 so we will get a profit of $2,500.00 whilst you would receive the remaining $7,500.00

You would need to however deduct the rentals received to date so if you have received to date $1,250.00 in rentals, then the total payout for you will be $7,500.00 - $1,250.00 = $6,250.00

Your returns in this case would then be awesome at 50%

If it gets sold significantly HIGHER, let's say at $300,000.00 the calculation works the same way. $300,000.00 - $5,000.00 = $295,000

We will receive $295,000.00 divided by 2 = $147,500.00

You will receive $152,500.00 minus $1,250.00 (Rentals received) = $151,250.00

In this case, your returns will be a mind boggling 2,950%
