Help with DELL Alienware laptop SE

So I've communicated with DELL/Alienware up until this point, and they are sending me a box to send the laptop back. I have thought of a few different methods, like boxing, sending a tampered package so they may think it was stolen, etc. What is the best thing I could do in this situation to get the replacement laptop?

It always seemed to me that there is an option to exchange old equipment for a new one in large companies in case of a serious breakdown through no fault of the owner. For example, my iPhone was replaced without any questions when the screen suddenly went out. But in general, are u sure that you would like to replace the laptop? You probably have some data there, personal documents. However, I'd not trust official repair services. They always ask too high a price for repairs.
