The Penny Matrix or PM ebooks is a great low cost home based business and at only $7 a month it is affordable for almost everyone. First thing to do is to educate yourself in methods of FREE advertising like blogging,posting in forums, writing articles and traffic exchanges and safelists.

Paid advertising is also an option but unless your an expert on google adwords or solo mailings or other PTC's I would stick with free advertising for now.To help you with your education PM has training modules that have articles on how to blog, and teach SEO(search engine optimization), key words, Niche marketing,HTML codes and mastering twitter and one of my favorites how to use forums to name just a few.The training modules alone are worth the $7 a month subscription fee.
