Default Is Preventive Electrical Maintenance Worth It for Homeowners?

Most people only call an electrician when something stops working, but I've heard that preventive maintenance can help avoid bigger problems later. Has anyone scheduled routine electrical maintenance for their home, and did it uncover issues that would have been expensive to fix later?

I realize this is from a while ago, but I had an electrician do a routine home check last year and he found a loose neutral wire in my panel. Could've caused arcing and a fire. That one inspection paid for itself. Did you ever decide to try it?

I schedule preventive checks every two years and they’ve caught minor issues before they became major. I personally use an [url=https://mrelectrician.sg/EMA licensed electrician from mrelectrician.sg[/url] from mrelectrician.sg for reliable service and clear quotes. Their past project portfolio gave me confidence.
