Default How Do You Prepare for a Specialist Consultation?

Before meeting with a specialist, do you prepare a list of symptoms, previous treatments, medications, or questions? I'm trying to make the most of my appointment and would appreciate any tips that helped you have a more productive consultation.

I realize this is from a while ago, but I wanted to add that I always jot down my top three concerns before a visit — keeps me from forgetting when I get nervous. What’s one thing you’d really like the specialist to explain clearly?

I always bring a written symptom timeline and medication list. For my FND, I discussed alternative options with my specialist, and fnd cannabis treatment through Releaf gave me a clear framework to bring up during the consultation.
