Chings a stand up guy. Always has been. Plus the Iraqis publicly agree with him. Enough said, time will prove it out. I had a long rebuttle to the low theory but its not worth the effort......the arguement is older than the hills....

...as you drink them down, you can fit your WHOLE HEAD in the bowl to get to the bottom! (Which is usually where the gummy Red Swedish Fish are! I LOVELOVELOVE those things! My Favorite! :biggrin:)
Brown the goat and pour apple cider over it. Put in oven and slow cook. Then finish it pot roast style with onions, carrots, sliced potatoes, garlic and lots of red wine. Cook slowly again. Dried chopped apricots and apple chunks are yummy in your goat stew too. Buy extra red wine to drink while cooking all day! Make sure everyone kisses the cook.
