The Iraqi Central Bank announced a series of measures to provide monetary stability
The Iraqi Central Bank announced its intention to reduce inflation and increase the value of the Iraqi dinar to provide monetary stability and to expand and accelerate economic growth rates.
A statement issued by the Central Bank of Iraq that the bank's monetary policy in the coming months will depend on two basic references raise the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar and increasing interest rates, the Central Bank of Iraq. It should be noted that the Central Bank took several measures to build a new strategic banking transactions aimed at reducing the phenomenon inflation, which is suffering from Iraq because of the circumstances preceding and the Central Bank of Iraq concluded many agreements with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund and the Paris Club countries, which seeks to restore Aldenarlemkanth as he was in previous decades
The World Bank in its statement that its activities in implementing the policy will take a few months until the effects on inflation trends and its operations.
not to be a retard but is # for a bank and if ya what bank
3 to 1 is what kewait is at this point in time but it took them 10 years to get there after the war. iraq is a little more fubard up then kewait was so i think it will be some time till u c a # number like that. but it would be nice.
Yeah, but Iraq has 10 TIMES the oil Kuwait has. Don't forget that the value of fiat currency is based on.....NOTHING. Not gold, reserves, un-cut diamonds, etc. Perceived value is all that matters. Does anyone here doubt that the WHOLE WORLD is looking at Iraq as the next financial playground? Talk about perceived value! :woohoo: And I predict when their democracy matures, Iraq wil be the financial center of the middle-east.
I'm not saying 3:1 will happen...but I hope it does!
Sorry about the lol, I had other post going on. Anyways. I am not doughting here what has been told that they were told. But I am here to Report on My Chase Branch as of "Today". A co-worker of mine ordered 1.25 million yesterday, and picked it up "Today". I also called the BM to ask if I could order "Today" as well, she checked and said yes.
I would of ask more, but when I got off work "Today" early to go do this, someone had tried to steal my Truck and jacked it up. I mean Broke thru my Door Handle and ripped my dash and colume apart. So I had to get a tow to the Body Shop and a Rent Car. So I only call the BM and ask that one question as of "Today".
If anyone would like the # to call,
PM me for it.
i did not forget i was just saying it will take time as we all know. i have been waiting sense o4 when the new dinar frist came out for it to rv so i have become very good at waiting. i just think that some times we all get so ready to pay off the house and cars that we forget this a long term thang. but hopefuly not to much longer. we have all been cought up in the rumors and get so ready and then we just get craped on. so now i just try take it all worth a grain of salt so i dont get to excited. that was all i was saying not trying to piss any one off.
Want to hear hear something funny thow?
1st, I keep 5, 25000nid's in my truck with me at all times, just incase I get a call and then I can shoot down to one of 9 Chase Banks with in 10 mile ratios of my Job, to verify. But that was my main concern   First thing I looked for. My co-workers were laughing there tails off about that.
Then the security Camera on the employee parking lot is right above my truck on a pole just behind that parking space. But, it was pointing outwards the other way all day.
Sorry to hear the bad news, hope everything will be okay!!
Hey Y'all--just a few stray thoughts-
Anyone who says "long term investment"--remember some of us have held our dinars for 3+ years and as each day passes more and more of us become "long term investors"...
Also, thanks to Mad Scot and others for posting. As we get closer and closer (and each day DOES bring us closer) I expect we'll be hearing all kinds of crazy things. It's been a long while since I"ve been excited about dinar...so thanks again for posting--ALL info/rumors are appreciated!!
and one last thing...I too checked out aldenarlimkanth...if you break it up Al Denar Limkanth...it kind of sounds Arabic--like an Arabic word that was written out phonetically...anybody know an Arabic speaker who can shed some light on this?
BTW--anyone heard from ShotgunSusie lately? With all the goings on, I'm surprised I'm not seeing her two cents...
Cheers! OSWoman
So I can take my 10K NID note down to Chase Bank, get a loan for $30k, secured by the 10K note, and then purchase at least 30 million NID. Then I can just default on the loan, they get to keep my original 10K note, and I get to keep the 30 million NID. NAAAAHH. No bank on earth wouldn't see this one coming.
Why would you default ? You are only going to pay a small amount of interest and are able to go pick back up your 10,000 IQD which most probably has increased in value big time by now, pay off your loan in good faith..you did borrow it in good faith...by signing on the loan. Why create a legal hassle for yourself and the bank? Why?
2 women at work heard I was holding some Dinar and was gonna be rich so they BBQ'ed me lunch at work
today, amazing what money can do.

I could use a loan and don't mind using a few notes of my Dinar as collateral. Will you please send me the contact info so I can check this out. Please PM with any information you are willing to share.
In order to get a loan using the dinar as collateral you only need your friendly neighborhood banker. You may need to educate them about the dinar. Call and make an appointment with the manager and take your financial information with you because you will have to fill out a loan application. Have a presentation about your plans to use the loan money and how you will pay it back. In exchange for the bank lending you money, you are going to let them hold onto your dinar...(you won't have to pay the safety deposit box fee)...
You will use the banks money and pay them interest. The good news is you didn't have to sell your dinar to have money to use. In the mean time, while your dinar is in their safe in your folder, I believe that it will be gaining in value.
Neno,
This reminds me of a story that happened about 5 years ago. My Uncle is an Lawyer in Bergen County NJ (one of the richist counties in the country). He was on trial in the county court house and parked his Porsche 911 in the Lawyers section of the lot, which has a guard house right next to it. When he went to his car, he notices that in the row he parked in most of the cars had the windows broken and the radios stolen. He gets to his car and doesnt see glass on the ground, but his radio is gone, FORTUNATLY he forgot to close his window, so they were nice not to break it... there are nice crooks out there...
Dinarstars
posted in wrong area.. sorry
They can come to my work any day!! Very nice..
This is interesting. You're right about bankers, they're not going to risk anything on something that "might" happen. There are 47 different things that could conceivably disrupt the path of the revaluation, from a cold-eyed bankers view, and it's hard to believe that a bank is going to plunk down a couple of mil with monopoly money as collateral, UNLESS THEY KNOW SOMETHING FOR ABSOLUTE SURE. So, who goes first?
