The telemarketing department is an extra charge. It is $125 for 4 hours, whcih is one unit. HOWEVER, they work strictly on commission, so it is to there benefit to make the sale for you. Right now they are averaging 2-4 sales per unit. They are very effective.

    Hi,
Just print the application from the site and use my name and phone number in the sponsor line. Fax them the application and check or M/O and they will place you immediately. Then you must priority overnight the application and check to the office. I know it sounds a little like another program we are aware of, but this is NOT like them. They are very responsive and very understanding of the members from "that other program". This company IS going places and is responsive to it's members.

Oh and it is early so you will have a great position. There is no sponsoring required, however if you want to cycle very quickly, certainly invite others. Or use the telemarketing department and see the results from that.

Hm.. I have been looking it over.
Im not sure if I will join it afterall, as it is basically just money swiching hands, and as far as I know this is not a legal business in my country, and for me to earn money and pay taxes in my country on that money would in theory make me a criminal. Asked my lawyer :)

There is absolutely no product as far as I can see.

Yes there are products. You will receive leads in the form of email, postcards and other means. Plus they are developing other products to be determined. This is a 100% LEGAL business. You obviously didn't read the website in full. I don't know about laws in Norway, but in the U.S. and most other countires it is 100% LEGAL. Re-read the "Product and Pay Plan" link again please.

As for money "changing hands" when you purchase a stock on the NYSE you are sending money in to buy that stock, therefore money is changing hands. Any business you invest in that is money changing hands.

By the way, I always show my Attorney everything before I do it. She said it covers all U.S. Laws

Different countries do have different laws, and if this kind of business is not legal in Norway, then you cannot participate, but as far as the U.S., Canada, and most countries I am aware of this is 100% LEGAL!

Another thing...the leads you are purchasing, you can use for any business you do. You can also re-sell them to others if you wish.

Hi mate, business leads and postcards are not product but marketing material.
buying stocks is one thing, but putting money into a cycler can not in anyway be combined with investing.

I don't say that it is not legal in the US, I don't know the laws in US :)
A cycler is not a investment, this business is making money on people going into a matrix and nothing else, this is therefor a network/mlm system and not a investment. You dont buy shares, or currency, nor bonds, real estate... in fact you only buy a profit center and then recruit people to fill ur matrix so that you make money.

Anyway, in the end, whenever that happens, which is when the market is fed up this system will stop right at the spot and alot of people who came in absolutely last will not make money. For a matrix to operate endles in time a good, useful product will be needed to make recurring income to the entire network.

    Just my thoughts

YES...leads ARE product. Especially when you can resell your leads. That is a product.

Does any MLM business last forever...doubtful. Thats just the nature of a business.

My suggestion about stocks was an analogy. Thats all it was. Don't read more into that.

Bottom line is this IS 100% legal. If it isn't in Norway, then I'm sorry.

I am proceeding on with the many coming aboard. Any adult can make his own decision.

Many businesses don't last forever..MLM or not.

I do wish you all the best, but I am making money.

I know of a successful mlm company lasted for more than 60 years today, also im working on one who has been in business for 26 years or so :)

Some mlm businesses can actually last as long as the market needs the products :)
